This morning a flock of festive birds have landed in the family room. They found the only 'tree' in the house in the form of my Bold & Noble print - Trees around Britain.
They are most welcome to stay throughout Christmas, and maybe into Spring, when it will be warm enough for them to fly off to nest somewhere.
These little patriotic birds are cut out from this wallpaper sample.
Another welcome visitor to my lounge at this time of year is my Christmas flowering cactus.
Such a beautiful flower. Exotic pink, lifting my mood.
Making me feel a whole world better.
Also, thank you for all your lovely get well comments. Rufus is much better, and I am on the mend, should be back on form tomorrow.
