Whilst at the lottie at the weekend we noticed something going on in the nest box in our sycamore tree.
Charlie used his binoculars {a birthday gift from his best mate Lucy}, and discovered it was a pair of bluetits building a nest!
Last spring we had a pair of bluetits successfully raise their young in the same box.
Could this be the same pair returning?
Or one of last years babies with a new mate?
As you can imagine we are most excited about the new arrivals.
I thought I might get this gorgeous print for the boys room, to remind them of the bluetit family.

p.s. Eastwitching's prints are incredible, there is a creature there for everyone. And the proceeds from the sales go to animal charities.
