Something New.
Well it's actually very old, but new to us.
I found this old Tri-ang bike in the local thrift shop.
It's so 70's tastic!
I love the red, orange & yellow graphics and of course the white tyres!
Rufus will look quite the dude on this number.
Long hair a flowing in the wind.

DeleteWhat an awesome bike! Love the colours... x
ReplyDeleteIt is just so cool... and a bargain too. £10!
DeleteLove the bike! Your local thrift shops are better than mine! I really want a vintage bike with a basket. Not to ride, but just to prop up in the hall and admire.
ReplyDeleteHi Gillian... no our thrift shops are just as bad, it's more luck than anything else.
DeleteThat bike totally rocks!
ReplyDeleteIt is something out of a 70's kids movie isn't it? I can imagine the red hand gang riding around the around the block on it, solving mysteries. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CkY5kx3U4E8 x
DeleteLove the colors, a great find!! And happy birthday for your dad too!

DeleteOh tres cool Lou! I found a zip up jacket with the same colours yesterday at the charity shop, but was too big for Sam. Love your new header by the way. Did you draw that? xx
ReplyDeleteOh Andrea, I hope you bought it so he could grow into it? Or is it in your lovely shop? Yes I did draw my header. I am in the process of having some prints and postcards done... should be up and running in a few weeks. x
DeleteThat's fantastic! It's really different too, lovely :) x No, I didn't buy it. I'm such a hoarder and trying to keep by thrifty purchases to a minimum!
