This is our summer list for this year....
Again we sat down and thought through what we would like to do... and yes there were the usual crazy ideas of riding lions and going on a plane (yes it's crazy)... to buy a camper van (mine) and to stop working (Dan's).
So we disregarded the unachievable and went for more do-able things.
Fingers crossed for some sunshine!
This was last years...
What will you be doing on yours?
If you do make one... please share it.

p.s. point 40 is a phrase that my friend says to her boys.. and I like it - a lot. (Rufus the dude)
It looks very like my list! You should consider the van though - it's the best thing we ever did!
ReplyDeleteAll sounds like fun...enjoy.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea and ideas! I'll write a list with my two tonight! Thanks Lou, always an inspiration xx
ReplyDeleteP.S. Love "Be Excellent" :)
I love this idea. My favourites up there are go on a mini beast adventure and snorkel in the bath! Hope the sunshine arrives. Kellie xx
ReplyDeleteThat is a fabulous list Lou and I so love the idea of doing one myself....with the family of course - but then again maybe.....!
ReplyDeleteYou've certainly inspired me -
Have a wonderful weekend,
Nina xxx
It's winter here so all we are thinking about is keeping warm. I love your list though. It sounds like fun. Fingers crossed for some sunshine your way. Enjoy the weekend. Xo
ReplyDeleteLou, this is such a lovely idea! There must be a beach holiday lurking in there somewhere - rock-pooling, how lovely. I daren't ask my two what they'd like to do, it might all get expensive and out of control! x
ReplyDeleteThis is so good! And not silly expensive either. I am definitely going to do a list of some sort for the rest of this year perhaps a "things to do before baby pops out" list! Can't wait to do things like this with children though x
ReplyDeleteNumber 39 is always going to be a hit with me :-) Having a tea party can encompass so many of the other things too - it can be with friends and family, outdoors or indoors, lots of cake making and baking fun involved. Just bliss really :-)
ReplyDeleteJem xXx
Gosh I remember last year's list like it was yesterday! A year flies by. Anyhoo, love the Shed family list - it's supercool.
ReplyDeleteHere's to the next 6 weeks - we've already had one tantrum and we only broke up from school 3 hours ago! x
We sometimes make a list when we visit St Ives. There are two columns - one for sunny days and one for when it rains. And we try to do at least one new thing.
ReplyDeleteI think it`s so much fun making lists, almost more fun then doing the thing one have written after (: I have never written a summer list before, but I probably will now.. Like your blog and the things you share (;
ReplyDeleteOh, so much fun!
ReplyDeleteI love this list! Camping has been on mine for the last two summers (come on Scottish weather!!) What's a mini beast adventure? (Bug hunting I'm guessing?)
ReplyDeleteHey Lou, Hooray the sun is shining! You should see Peter Pan in Bath at Prior Park. It's open air - summer performances are held every year in a 17th Century Ball court with incredible views looking right across the Bath skyline. You can picnic there before hand and it should be magical. Mrs B x
